What to Report (Abuse of Power)

·Misuse of position of power resulting in abusive behavior, such as verbal and/or physical assault

·Offensive language used to inflict personal harassment

·Issuance of work order in unsafe workplace

* The submitted report and the identity of the individual filing the report are protected. The documentation and evaluation of the disclosure are kept strictly closed and confidential.

The submitted complaint will be processed as quickly as possible through required steps; the complainant will be notified of the outcome of the investigation as soon as possible.

1. The Abuse of Power Reporting Center collects minimum personal information necessary to confirm the wrongdoing and to provide reply of outcome. Therefore, we ask for your consent to the collection and use of personal information.

2. Type of Information Collected
- Reporter, phone number, email address and password

3. Personal information is retained for 5 years from submission of the complaint by the reporter (data subject).

4. The data subject has the right to decline to consent, in which case s/he will not be able to use the reporting system.
