What You Can Report

This channel covers human rights concerns arising within the company, its subsidiaries, and its supply chain, including the following:

1. Non-discrimination in employment
   • We prohibit discrimination based on individual characteristics such as race, gender, age, disability, nationality, etc.
2. Freedom of association and collective bargaining
   • We uphold workers' freedom of association and right to collective bargaining, and prohibit any disadvantage arising from union activity.
3. Forced or child labor
   • We prohibit forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor, and uphold every worker's right to work of their own free will.
4. Non-compliance with occupational safety standards
   • We provide workers with essential safety equipment and protective gear.
5. Human rights in the supply chain
   • We work to prevent human rights violations such as forced or child labor throughout our supply chain.

6. Human rights of local communities including indigenous peoples
   • To prevent our operations from causing human rights harm in the communities where we operate, we seek input from local communities and assess our impact on the local environment and on residents' safety, health, and livelihoods—minimizing any adverse impact on their rights.
7. Environmental rights
   • We comply with the legal standards governing environmental protection.
8. Consumer rights
   • We provide products and services that pose no threat to consumer health and safety.
